MEET SOL

I am the daughter of Salvadoran parents, raised in New Jersey and El Salvador, and have lived in California for 15 years before recently relocating to Southern California. My career has been devoted to advocating for low-income and marginalized communities of color, providing mental health support in shelters, schools, and family centers.

I hold a Master’s Degree in East-West Psychology, with a focus on eco-therapy and Indigenous ways of knowing, and I have recently completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I am currently doing post-doctoral work at a nonprofit agency.

I work with women on journeys of self-discovery, offering spaces for reflection, empowerment, and transformation. My approach blends clinical insight with the alchemy of lived experience, honoring the mystical and sacred aspects of personal growth. I am passionate about teaching, writing, and creating practices that help people reconnect with their erotic awareness, lunar consciousness, and inner vitality.

Through Jade Consulting, I also partner with organizations to support staff resilience, reflective capacity, and sustainable engagement, integrating strength-based, reflective practices informed by both clinical psychology and Indigenous ways of knowing.

Most of my time is devoted to my little daughter, who continues to teach me as much about curiosity, presence, and transformation as all the work I do in the world.

Connecting with Eros was born from a deep desire to understand and be with love, sexuality, passion, and pleasure. From a young age, I chased that which seemed to visit in a ghostly manner, seeking refuge in Eros. Over the years, I read, wrote, and evoked its presence, allowing its lessons to shape me.

My work has evolved. What once felt like a search has become a journey of self-discovery and self-love—learning to meet myself with honesty, devotion, and curiosity. My healing modality is the culmination of these years, bringing to light (Sol) what the darkness (Moon) has taught me, and inviting others to cultivate their own inner intimacy, vitality, and embodied wisdom.

“We need to return to love and proclaim its transformative power.”
